On 29th September, our Metro Leo joined Lions Club of Singapore Metropolitan in serving lunch to the elderly under the care of Lions Befrienders Ghim Moh. The elderly are invited for a hot lunch at the centre on every Sunday, sponsored by different Lions Clubs each week.
It was a fulfilling Sunday for our Leo and Lions volunteering their time and effort to serve lunch and fruits to the elderly. What's more, our Lions prepared an interesting 3D puzzle game for the elderly. Although the elderly had a tough time visualizing the puzzle at first, they enjoyed themselves thoroughly and our Leo enjoyed interacting and playing with the elderly too. It was a good chance for Leo Tih Yong to enhance his communication skill with the elderly via the game!:)
