On the 9th of September 2012, the Leo Club of Singapore Metropolitan visited the elderly residents residing in Singapore Leprosy Relief Association (SiLRA) (http://www.silra.org.sg). Our Leos had brought simple snacks and fruits for the elders at the home to enjoy. Some of us had also prepared a performance for them.
We have always found ourselves enjoying our time at the home as we have begun to build familiarity with many of the elders there due to our frequency of visits. Seeing their appreciative smiles and words have always made us feel that our work was making a difference in bringing some joy into their life.
